Are you open to the public?

Yes! Please come in and explore our studio displays. We suggest scheduling an appointment to meet with a studio associate to answer any questions you may have including availability and price.

Do I need to schedule an appointment to visit the studio?

We welcome everyone to visit our studio and browse our product displays. We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a studio associate will be available to consult with you on your project.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

You should bring any inspiration you may have found (photos, websites, or magazines) along with any architectural drawings or dimensions you may have for the space. We would love to see any tile, countertop, floor, or cabinet samples you may have previously selected. Also, please bring your contractor or plumber’s contact information.

What is on display in your studio?

Our newly renovated studio includes numerous bath, kitchen, and lighting displays. We have working displays of kitchen faucets, showerheads, an air jet tub, and a steam shower.

I selected items for my project, now what?

After your appointment, your studio consultant will enter your selections into a quote and forward the information on to your contractor or plumber. The consultant will also send you photos of your selections for your review. Once you and your contractor sign off on the selections, the order will be placed.

Do you stock everything I see in your studio?

While we do have a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse, we do have to order many of the items shown in our studio. Your studio consultant will inform you and your contractor which items you select are special order and which items are in stock.

Can you install my project?

Welker-McKee is strictly a wholesaler, meaning we will only provide the materials for your project. We can provide you with a list of experienced contractors from your area.

I ordered the wrong size tub, do you accept returns?

Welker McKee will accept returns based on the following scenarios. If the material is a standard stock item, it must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. A restocking fee may be applied. If the material is special order, the return must be approved by the manufacturer. It must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Special order returns are subject to the manufacturer’s restocking fee plus freight back to the manufacturer. If the materials are received damaged, you must contact your sales person within three days and they will work with the manufacturer to order new materials.

Will you deliver the materials to my job site?

Welker McKee will deliver materials to the job site for a small fee. The drivers are able to place materials in a garage or porch. Please let your sales person know what will work best for your job site.
